H.H. Shaikh Mohammed honours future healthcare professionals

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, attended the graduation ceremony of the 19th batch of Dubai Medical College and 14th batch of Dubai Pharmacy College. He distributed awards to distinguished graduates and congratulated the 115 students from both colleges on their achievements, wishing them success in their upcoming careers and studies. He went on to call on all graduates to work harder and look forward to the future with confidence.

A total of 53 students from Dubai Medical College were conferred with the MBBS degree, and 62 students from Dubai Pharmacy College received the B.Pharm degree. This number includes over 27 Emiratis.

Haj Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Lootah, Founder & Chairman of the Board of Trustees of both colleges dedicated the achievement of the graduating students to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and praised his leadership and his continuous support to science and education.

The ceremony that took place at the Grand Hyatt was also attended by H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai along with H.H. Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Foundation, H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, H.E. Dr Hanif Hassan, Minister of Health, H.E. Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, H.E. Reem Al Hashemi, Minister of State and other dignitaries.
